Our "new" cat, Mudflap

Actually, of course, she's not new at all, just with new and improved behavior, wearing her CatBib. Brigid, AKA "Birdkiller," has always been incredibly skilled at catching birds, and nothing we tried could dissuade her, nor prevent the feathered tragedies. I kept searching and finally found CatBib, and it works! She may look a little goofy, and we giggle calling her "Mudflap," but isn't that one of the benefits of owning cats? She is now content to sit on the deck for hours watching the birds, but doesn't even try to jump and catch them anymore. It's amazing!

I never heard of these! She does not look happy but what at great idea. My Zorro is now getting these huge locust type bugs. Those he can have.

I have a cat that is identical to yours. Her name is Rozwald and is sitting in my lap as I type. I rescued her from the pound. She's a little hefty tho....need to put her on a diet.

Wow, a little flap can keep her from going after birds? Or is it that she cannot sneak around wearing this?
