I'm a winner

I may not have won anything in the Stitches West Passport game (though Casey intimated "you have a good chance, I think you are #13 to turn yours in"), but I did recently win this


from one of my favorite blogs, Savage Chickens. Too cool, combining two of my favorite things, chickens and pirates. And booty. And coffee. Thanks, Doug!

Alhough I had a wicked migraine yesterday, following aura early in the morning, which laid me low all day, despite about $100 of Imitrex, and the ministrations of all three cats, today was much better, sunny and cool, no wind, no rain, and this for views while working:




So I'm off to catch the last of daylight to try and fix some screwed up stitches on my Thraven Imogen. I'm loving the yarn, but it does require full attention and good light.
