Slowly

Slowly recovering from Sock Summit... I don't want the afterglow to fade, actually. I've been working on, mostly socks, planning to do my first colorwork socks.

Also I've been working on... knitted snails.

Inspired by my visit with a friend living in Portland, who is an artist, and a work of art herself.

The pattern is a free one from Anna of Mochimochiland and she posted a photo I shared of my little starter herd of snails so far, in the wild. She gots some great patterns, and knitting tiny things is very satisfying.
