Birthday

Happy birthday to my sweet twins, Ryan and Rachel. I was originally "due" around Christmas 1972, and already at full-term size on Thanksgiving. At the end of December, the doctor ordered an x-ray because a foot was presenting. "Oh, by the way, it's twins." They were born January 5th, 1973, and won the first baby (and runner-up) of the year contest on the Peninsula. Apparently, a very slow year! What an education, and a joy, and now they are my dear friends, they grew into such wonderful human beings.
