So far, these are only toe cozies, right? Though I guess the pattern could be adapted at this point to cozy some other parts that need it. As I get further into the foot, I also see what has been mentioned on other blogs as a rather suggestive shape to this sock (Inside Out sock, from Blue Moon Fibers Arts' Rockin' Sock Club 2007, colorway Monsoon)

Hi Claire,
you asked for the yarn (I think the picture in the middle). It´s a 100% merino dyed by a German dyer which have an online shop too. Her yarn is very popular so that her shop is empty almost ever. She dyes just a few skeins in the same color and every wedensday night fresh colors come.
