One of the pleasures of having to work on a rainy day, is catching a view like this, from a few weeks ago. Empty beach, bottle-glass waves, muted colors: all to ourselves.
We've had little enough of these kinds of days this winter, not nearly enough rain, and none in the near future, as far as the weather liars are saying.
The days lately have been unrelentingly sunny and clear.
It's also been crazy-warm here, records being broken every day. Not good.
