Mapping the sea floor

At a recent window cleaning job, I heard a boat approaching the cove south of Pt. Lobos. We later saw the same boat up close on a trailer. It is a special CSU boat that does sea floor mapping.

How cool was that?
How I loved watching the water in motion, those gorgeous blues, and the water breaking on the rocks and and... the birds flying through and catching the shadow of one flying overhead... I do believe I'll watch that yet again, thank you!
